about the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the full recruitment and onboarding process for the London studio, working with the HR Manager and Talent Generalist to anticipate hiring needs, manage candidate sourcing, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. The role also oversees offer processes, documentation, onboarding logistics, induction, and new starter integration, while contributing to recruitment strategy, job adverts, graduate hiring, and process improvement in a fast-paced, creative environment.

about the candidate

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years’ experience in recruitment coordination within a professional services setting, preferably in a design-led business, and is highly organised, detail-driven, people-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities at speed. They will be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, proficient in MS Office, adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering strong service. CIPD Level 3 or a related degree is desirable but not essential.
