Deliver Thoughtful Support for a Design-Led Paint Brand
The Customer Experience Assistant is a key frontline role within a growing, design-led interiors brand. Acting as the first point of contact across all customer channels, the role focuses on delivering thoughtful, efficient and human support throughout the customer journey. Working closely with production, logistics and the wider customer experience team, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels seamless while also contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and tools as the business scales.
The ideal candidate is customer-first, detail-oriented and calm under pressure, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You are proactive, tech-confident and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential; mindset, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly are key. An interest in interiors or design is a bonus, and full training will be provided.
