They will be highly organised, confident managing multiple projects and comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and consultants. The role requires a high level of technical competence, attention to detail and knowledge of UK building regulations, as well as professional proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. A minimum of seven years’ experience as an Interior Designer is required, including at least four years focused on hospitality projects. Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills such as Greek, French or Italian considered a strong advantage. Willingness to travel for projects in the UK and internationally is expected.
The studio offers a creative, supportive and design-driven working environment with a strong pipeline of hospitality projects across the UK and abroad. The culture encourages collaboration, balance and professional growth, with opportunities to travel, engage in international work and take part in regular social activities. Employees benefit from hybrid working after probation, flexibility for occasional remote working, a focus on wellbeing, and a progressive annual leave allowance that increases with length of service. The studio values both design excellence and a positive, inclusive team dynamic.
