about the position

The Senior Interior Designer will lead hospitality projects from initial concept through to construction and completion. The role involves managing design teams, coordinating consultants and acting as the primary day-to-day client contact with oversight from senior leadership. The position requires close management of budgets and programmes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with both creative intent and regulatory requirements.

about the candidate

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering hospitality interior design projects and a proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior designers. They will be highly organised, confident managing multiple projects and comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines. The role requires a high level of technical competence, attention to detail and knowledge of UK building regulations, as well as professional proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. A minimum of seven years’ experience as an Interior Designer is required, including at least four years focused on hospitality projects.
