An international design studio creating hospitality spaces shaped by creativity, cultural insight and a strong commercial understanding is seeking a Senior FF&E Designer.
A Senior FF&E Designer is sought to take a leading role in the development and delivery of FF&E across all project stages, from briefing through to installation. Working closely with the FF&E Director and wider design teams, you will oversee specifications, schedules and design output, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with the overall project vision. The role involves coordinating across multiple teams, managing deliverables and supporting the development of studio standards, while maintaining a hands-on approach to design, client coordination and on-site implementation where required.
An experienced FF&E specialist with strong design sensibility and technical understanding, confident leading projects and mentoring others.
- Proven experience within FF&E design, ideally at senior level
- Background in high-end residential, hospitality or development projects
- Strong ability to develop FF&E concepts, including mood boards, material palettes and design narratives
- Experience producing and overseeing detailed FF&E specifications and schedules
- Confident reviewing and refining selections to ensure cohesion and quality across projects
- Ability to manage and guide junior and mid-weight designers
- Comfortable liaising directly with clients, consultants and contractors
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, samples and prototypes to ensure alignment with design intent
- Good understanding of bespoke furniture design and layouts
- Ability to work closely with design teams to develop concepts and visual outputs
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects
- Commercial awareness, including reviewing costings where required
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to contribute to wider studio standards and processes

Based in a well-connected London location, the team offers exposure to projects both in the UK and internationally, with opportunities to travel as part of the role. The studio also offers a flexible approach, including one day working from home.
