These are roles to design London’s newest residential project. Depending on your skills and strengths you will be working in a team or perhaps overseeing a couple of architects and assistants on a part of a project, liaising with client, authority and consultant bodies from feasibility stage through concept, developed design and planning submission for a large complex high rise housing scheme. You will be tasked with producing well documented and high quality visuals and graphics, drawn information and imagery for presentations.
The successful candidate will be a qualified architect ideally with 2-5 years of post qualification experience and a keen desire to contribute to a busy practice where collaboration and hands-on involvement are key. Strong experience of large UK multi-unit housing projects is essential, with solid understanding of London housing design guides, policies and residential planning regulations. You will be an excellent communicator, verbal, written as well as graphically and be able to convey your own ideas and overcome challenges.
