Senior Interior Designer to help design and deliver high-end residential projects for discerning clients.
A friendly London design studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its West London team on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role for an experienced designer with at least five years’ experience in a UK-focused, high-end residential setting, confident managing complex projects and leading teams.
You will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, leading site visits and meetings, liaising with consultants and contractors, managing programmes and identifying critical path items. You will oversee budgets, procurement and FF&E using Esti, ensure client approvals are in place and direct installations on site. The ability to produce high-quality CAD packages independently and manage tender documentation and schedules is essential, alongside a calm and solutions-focused approach on site.
You will bring proven senior-level experience within the luxury residential sector, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating refined, technically accomplished work. Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills are essential, as is a positive, collaborative and proactive attitude.
Experience leading and mentoring team members is key, including delegating tasks, monitoring progress and maintaining quality across multiple projects. Proficiency in Vectorworks is preferred, and candidates must be confident using Esti for procurement and FF&E. A thorough understanding of budgeting, scheduling and the full design process from concept to completion is required.
Based in a gorgeos West London studio, the practice creates elegant, bespoke interiors for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across London, the Home Counties and internationally. Projects span listed townhouses, country estates, new builds and select hospitality spaces, delivered in close collaboration with leading professional teams.

Designers work on Apple Macs using Vectorworks, InDesign and Photoshop, with early Friday finishes where workload permits and a strong sense of team spirit throughout the year.
