A luxury architecture and design studio are looking for a talented Senior FF&E Designer who is AutoCAD proficient to join the team and work on high-end residential projects from concept to completion.
We are seeking a Senior FF&E Interior Designer to lead luxury residential projects from concept through to completion. This role combines creative direction, technical delivery, and project leadership working closely with senior management and clients.
You will develop and present design concepts, manage multiple projects and oversee detailed design packages ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard. The role also involves team leadership, supplier coordination and site involvement to maintain design integrity throughout.
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience in interior design, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects and proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion
- Strong FF&E background with a refined design sensibility, alongside solid experience in interior architecture and space planning
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organisation, multitasking and time management skills
- Experience producing comprehensive design packages including drawings, specifications, schedules, costings and value engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop); experience with SketchUp or similar visualisation tools is advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and detailing, with experience liaising with architects, consultants, suppliers and contractors
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to build strong client relationships and present ideas clearly
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and support junior team members
