Global leading firm are looking for an architect/equivalent to join their team and grow as a project manager.
In this role as junior project manager, you will work closely with principals, senior project managers, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to combine hands on project coordination, quality assurance, BIM oversight and technical support. You will be responsible for the successful administration and organisation of various high profile varied projects across the RIBA stages, maintaining programme, documentation standards and design quality and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently in line with best practices and industry standards.
The successful candidate will ideally have 3–5 years’ post masters experience in architectural practice working on large complex mixed use, commercial or housing projects at RIBA stages 2-5. Part III/ARB registration is highly desirable. You will bring strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction documentation and project delivery methods, alongside advanced revit and BIM capabilities. Experience of BEP’s and working to ISO 19650 standards is highly advantageous. Confident communication, organisation and problem solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple work streams while maintaining rigour and attention to detail. An interest or understanding of sustainability frameworks such as LEED or BREEAM would be beneficial.
