Procurement Specialist with strong commercial acumen to drive FF&E sourcing and delivery ensuring budget control, programme certainty and seamless execution across design-led residential and hospitality projects.
We are seeking a commercially focused Procurement Specialist to lead the procurement and supply chain coordination of FF&E packages across the studio's projects. Working closely with the FF&E Lead and wider team, you will ensure schemes are procured efficiently, within budget and delivered smoothly to site.
You will manage live budgets, cost reporting and supplier negotiations, protecting commercial targets while maintaining design intent. The role covers furniture, FF&E packages, bespoke joinery, show flats, OS&E and amenity spaces, with responsibility from tender and order placement through to logistics, installation and handover.
You will coordinate suppliers, warehouse and site teams, monitor procurement schedules against programme milestones, review technical drawings and specifications for accuracy, and proactively manage risks. During installation and post-handover phases, you will oversee snagging and defect resolution to ensure a seamless project close-out.
This is a delivery-critical role focused on safeguarding quality, programme and commercial performance from concept to completion.
You are commercially astute, highly organised and confident managing multiple procurement packages simultaneously. You bring at least four years’ experience in procurement or FF&E coordination within interiors, hospitality, residential or commercial projects.
You are comfortable tracking budgets, negotiating with suppliers and reviewing technical drawings and schedules to verify quantities and specifications. Calm under pressure and solutions-focused, you anticipate challenges and act decisively to keep projects on track. Experience with procurement or project management systems is expected; familiarity with Programa or similar platforms is advantageous.
This is a design-led interiors studio who deliver considered, high-quality designs across residential and hospitality sectors. Their approach combines creative integrity with technical precision and commercial discipline.
Collaboration is central to their process and procurement plays a key role in translating design vision into successful delivery. They value accountability, attention to detail and proactive problem solving, and will offer the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to projects from concept through to completion.
