Seeking a commercially minded Producer to lead complex creative projects, streamline workflows, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive efficient delivery from concept to completion.
The Producer will play a central role in orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of complex art, design and commercial projects, ensuring work moves efficiently from concept through to completion. Rather than operating as a traditional project manager, this role is focused on reducing friction across creative and production workflows, coordinating internal teams and a growing ecosystem of specialist external partners across multiple locations and disciplines. The Producer will oversee briefing processes, manage timelines and budgets, mitigate risk and balance creative ambition with technical and commercial realities. The position also contributes to shaping how the studio integrates AI and digital tools to enhance production, supplier coordination and overall operational performance.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience delivering programmes or projects in a creative or production-led environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Commercially astute
- Highly organised
- Confident overseeing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Able to bring structure to complex creative environments without compromising design integrity
- Strong communication skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with a range of delivery methodologies and production tools
- Proactive and collaborative mindset
- Interest in improving systems and processes
