Highly coveted hospitality studio seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead beautifully crafted, story-led luxury projects.
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly coveted hospitality studio that seldom hires at Senior Designer level. With a strong pipeline of incoming projects, the team is seeking a highly capable, hands-on designer who can run projects independently without the need for heavy support.
The successful candidate will initially join a live restaurant scheme, taking over from Stage 3 through to Stage 4 and installation, following early concept work by the Head of Design. From there, the designer will move onto additional projects across restaurants, members’ clubs and boutique hotels.
This is a lead, project-running role requiring a confident Senior Designer who can take full ownership and drive schemes independently across all stages. The successful candidate must be technically assured, capable of producing Stage 4 packages without hesitation, and comfortable operating with minimal oversight. The position spans both Interior Architecture and FF&E, requiring strength across both disciplines.
The studio requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience within high-end hospitality interiors and will not consider candidates from other sectors. The candidate must demonstrate proven experience delivering projects end-to-end independently, rather than contributing to isolated phases or packages.
The successful designer will be confident developing compelling design narratives and creative storytelling that align with and elevate the studio’s design DNA. Strong technical capability is essential, including the ability to produce highly detailed interior architecture and bespoke joinery drawing packages, alongside a sophisticated understanding of materials and finishes.
Candidates must demonstrate solid proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, supported by strong hand-sketching ability. Just as important is the ability to work autonomously and efficiently while also guiding and mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with the Head of Design and founders.

The close-knit team of around 12 architects and designers operates in a highly collaborative environment where individuals are given genuine responsibility and the opportunity to grow their careers. Based in a beautifully designed loft studio in London, the team works with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
