Marketing and Communications Lead
About the position
This is a broad, hands-on Marketing & Social Media role responsible for elevating our clients brand across digital, print and events. The successful candidate will own the planning and delivery of social media content, website updates, newsletters, marketing collateral and brand communications, while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence. The role also supports project marketing, events and the company’s retail ventures through creative content production and campaign management.
About the candidate
- Proven experience managing social media channels, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn, with the ability to create engaging content, reels and community management strategies.
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with experience writing website content, newsletters and marketing collateral in a consistent tone of voice.
- Confident capturing and editing photography and video content for digital marketing.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies, photographers and videographers.
- Strong graphic design and presentation skills, with experience producing brochures, pitch decks and other branded marketing materials.
- Knowledge of website content management and an eye for improving user experience and digital presentation.
- Highly organised, proactive and creative, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for design, branding and storytelling.
- Experience within architecture, interiors, design, property or luxury brands would be advantageous.
