Studio Manager (Part-Time, 12-month Maternity Cover)
About the position
This is a part-time (25 hours per week) Studio Manager maternity cover role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a boutique luxury interior design studio. The successful candidate will oversee studio operations, HR administration, facilities, IT coordination and team events, creating a welcoming, efficient and well-organised environment while supporting the studio's continued growth and positive culture.
About the candidate
- Proven experience in a Studio Manager, Office Manager or Operations role, ideally within a creative, design or architectural environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing studio operations, facilities, suppliers, health & safety and office administration.
- Experience coordinating HR processes including onboarding, appraisals, recruitment and maintaining personnel records.
- A warm, approachable and people-focused personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Experience coordinating team events, meetings and initiatives that support a positive studio culture.
- Comfortable managing IT suppliers, software licences and equipment for new starters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using HR or project management software being advantageous.
- Able to work from the West London studio and available to start in late September 2026.
