Junior Project Manager
About the position
This is a role for an architect or assistant architect to be taught by the industry's best and progress their career in project management. You'll help teams stay on track with scope, programme, budget and quality, while supporting fees, forecasting and commercial reporting on a wide variety of projects, mainly in workplace fit out. You'll coordinate resources and deliverables across teams, build strong client relationships, and help spot issues before they become problems. You'll also be contributing to proposals, pitches, and digital workflows.
About the candidate
- Degree in architecture/equivalent and/or project management
- Curious, collaborative and eager to learn how major projects are delivered, managed, resourced and executed
- Understanding of project financials, budgeting, scheduling and contract administration and negotiations
- Experience working in a BIM environment with project manabment systems such as PMTK highly advantageous
- Valid Right to Work in UK
