Junior Revit BIM tech
About the position
As a BIM technician, you will aid the design teams in implementing Revit BIM and digital construction procedures from conception to handover. This includes: relsolving BIM related modelling issues, Generating families for firm usage, quality control all drawings produced. You will be supported by the BIM manager and technician to develop your skills and implement your knowledge across the practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate early in their career to gain practical experience in the field, this position would suit a hard-working individual who thrives in a dynamic, positive multi-disciplinary environment.
About the candidate
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an architecture field.
- Extensive experience in architectural design, drafting and coordination.
- Highly IT literate and knowledge of current BIM software
- Extensive experience of Revit is essential, Naviswork and ACC is ideal.
- Preferred candidate will also have a working knowledge of the offices software: AutoCAD, Enscape, InDesign, Dynamo and/or Rhino.
- Required Revit based exam qualification
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
