About the position
Supporting the Project Associate, you will contribute to a range of exciting, large-scale commercial projects across Central London. Supporting projects from RIBA Stages 1–4, you will play an active role in their design and development, drawing on your strong design and communication skills to collaborate with consultants and the wider project team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a keen interest in interior design.
About the candidate
- Qualified Part II or Architect.
- Proven commercial experience across both refurbishment and new-build projects.
- Strong understanding of office concept design and commercial interiors.
- Proficiency in 3D BIM and visualisation software, including Revit, SketchUp and Enscape.
- Confident in liaising with consultants and coordinating with the wider project team.
- Good knowledge of UK planning processes and Building Regulations.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to contribute to the wider studio both professionally and personally.
- A keen interest in current and emerging trends across the commercial property and workplace sectors.

Their portfolio spans master planning, new build developments, adaptive retrofit with interiors and the reinvention of listed buildings, always turning challenges into opportunities and often in contested sites.
