Bid Coordinator
About the position
Our client is looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join its London office on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will focus on coordinating and delivering high-quality bids and new business submissions, combining strategic thinking, strong writing and editing skills, and a keen eye for graphic presentation. You will work closely with Principal and Director-level staff, designers and marketing colleagues across the company’s international offices, taking ownership of submissions from initial opportunity review through to final delivery. The role offers excellent exposure to a world-leading architecture practice, working across a range of sectors and regions.
About the candidate
- Experience coordinating bids, tenders and new business submissions from start to finish
- Good understanding of procurement processes; public-sector bids and framework applications are advantageous
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with excellent written and spoken English
- Experience writing and tailoring CVs, project descriptions and case studies
- Confident coordinating input from senior leadership and design teams
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
- Excellent critical-thinking skills and the ability to assess new business opportunities
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong graphic and visual awareness, with the ability to produce polished marketing and presentation materials
- Passion for architecture and the built environment
- Collaborative, proactive, inquisitive and commercially minded
- Comfortable working closely with senior-level stakeholders
- Additional languages would be advantageous
