Housing Design Architect
About the position
You will be working closely with a supportive and talented senior architect on BIDS, concept, feasibility and planning stages for housing projects ranging from medium infill, large regeneration, student accommodation and co-living. Producing diagrams, massing, modelling, presentation and planning work, this is a role for a strong designer however joining a small but agile team, there will be lots of opportunity to contribute to projects of varying typologies across all stages.
About the candidate
- Part III qualified architect with 1-5 years of experience
- Stand out academic and career record with experience working at a named design firm
- Multi residential project experience
- Strong design sensibilities with a partciular focus on RIBA Stages 1-3
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and graphical
- A curious, pragmatic and creative mind who can challenge ideas and themes with confidence
- Eagerness to contribute to the practice on a personal level as well as professional
- Revit essential
