Technical Project Architect
About the position
As a technical project architect, you will lead the deliveryof commercial retrofit and refurbishment projects, working through RIBA stages 3-6.You will be responsible for the coordination of consultant teams and constructionpackages through Revit BIM, responding to contractor queries and monitoring qualityand technical compliance on site. You will also be a key figure in the studio,contributing to the development of technical and BIM standards across the practice.
About the candidate
- Assured Revit proficient with BIM level 2 or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years post-Part 3 experience in delivering UK commercialretrofit projects.
- Excellent technical and construction knowledge of retrofitand refurbishment projects, including Cat A + B.
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulation and the BuildingSafety Act.
- Confident ability to lead technical project delivery and coordinatemultidisciplinary teams.
- Good knowledge of sustainability, low-carbon retrofit and buildingperformance enhancement strategies.
