About the position

This established design studio in the luxury sector is seeking freelance Interior Designers at Junior, Middleweight and Senior level to deliver detailed interior packages for large-scale commercial residential projects already on site in the US. Working in AutoCAD, you will support Stage 4 and 5 technical delivery and coordination with MEP consultants, architects and clients, with responsibility reflecting your level of experience.

About the candidate

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, with strong technical drawing skills
  • Experience on large-scale hotel or commercial residential projects
  • Confident producing and coordinating Stage 4 and 5 interior packages, appropriate to your level
  • Previous site experience essential for Middleweight and Senior candidates
  • Familiarity with US imperial dimensions and metric conversions beneficial
  • Available to start immediately

About the studio

The studio is delivering large-scale commercial residential projects in the US and offers hybrid working. These are rolling freelance contracts, with the potential to become permanent for candidates interested in longer-term opportunities.
