Join this small and friendly studio to lead the delivery of commercial retrofit projects between RIBA stage 2-5.
About the position
As Project Architect, you will lead and manage a team of architects on the design on a variety of commercial retrofit projects in Central London, uniquely you will also work independently as a strong technical architect to draft tender packages and liaise with the wider team.
About the candidate
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with high-quality UK based commercial projects
- Proven experience of RIBA stage 4-5 technical delivery.
- Confident in preparing tender packages and liaising with consultants and contractors.
- Good knowledge of UK regulations and planning.
- Friendly and amicable
About the studio
This South London based studio has worked across a wide range of sectors and in both new-build and refurbishment schemes, with a unique interest in listed buildings and the heritage of London. This small office is very friendly and tight-knit, they are looking for someone equally personable to join them.
