A newly created and genuinely significant role for a confident, technically minded client professional to launch and run the Client Experience Centre of a respected British architectural lighting brand. You will be one of the company's lead representatives, and the person who makes every visitor want to return.

You will welcome clients into the Client Experience Centre, deliver product demonstrations and build an in-depth knowledge of the full range so you can answer technical questions with confidence. You will manage complex product enquiries, understand the purpose of each visit, and capture project details, requirements and contacts in the CRM.

Sitting within the Sales Team, you will work closely with the Client Development Team and liaise with clients, suppliers, partners and internal colleagues. You will also support the Marketing Team with breakfast mornings, CPD sessions and design week events, handling preparation, audio-visual needs, catering and communications.

You will identify leads from visits and enquiries, follow them up so nothing is lost, prepare detailed sales quotations, gather client satisfaction feedback and keep senior managers informed, directly improving enquiry management and commercial results.
