This is a client-side opportunity to work under director of developments on a pipeline of luxury residential projects ranging from 1.5 - 20 million in contract value. As a project / construction manager you will be liaising with high profile client, appointed architects, consultant and contractor teams to efficiently steer projects to completion, managing expectations around timeframes, budgets and deliverables. You will handle cost reporting and cash flow, contract administration and procurement, and visit site reguarly to ensure absolute quality and compliance.
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified architect by background who has been in a pure design/project management role in development for the last 5 years. Solid experience in the luxury London residential market as well as experience working with existing/listed buildings is essential. This role requires someone with an excellent grasp of what it takes to deliver a project for a HNWI client that is on time and budget, from contracts and coordination to risk managment and cashflow. As a relatively newly formed company, this role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with lots of ambition and ability to take your own direction.
