The role of Partnerships Coordinator & EA at this studio is a dynamic and multifaceted position that combines business development, stakeholder engagement, and executive support. Working closely with the Founder and Creative Director, the role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships, managing studio operations, and supporting day-to-day administrative and EA duties. It includes everything from attending industry events and coordinating marketing efforts to overseeing internal processes and contributing to the smooth running of the studio.
The ideal candidate will have at least a years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales within the design industry. They must be highly organised, proactive, and personable, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. A background in marketing, project coordination, and administrative support is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like InDesign and MS Project. A working knowledge of interior design principles and a flexible, diplomatic, and commercially minded approach will also be key to success in this role.
