Retail Sales Operations Manager – Lead Multi-Site Performance for a Growing Design-Led Retail Brand
The Retail Sales Operations Manager is a senior, hands-on, multi-site leadership role with full accountability for the commercial performance, standards and people across a growing portfolio of owned retail stores. Reporting into the Commercial Director, the role exists to ensure every store operates as a high-performing business, delivering a consistently premium customer experience while achieving clear sales and profitability targets. You will lead Store Managers directly, translate strategy into disciplined execution on the ground, and play a key role in new store openings and retail expansion.
The ideal candidate is an experienced area or multi-site retail leader with a strong commercial mindset and confidence owning performance metrics. You are comfortable spending time in-store, coaching managers, diagnosing underperformance and embedding scalable operating standards. You bring experience managing Store Managers, driving sales-led cultures, and operating in fast-moving, growing environments. You are process-driven, organised and decisive, with the ability to balance operational discipline with commercial agility.
