About the position
This is an exciting time to join one of the world’s leading design forces as they hire new teams for several significant and hugely anticipated international project wins. You will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the early design and development for a mixed-use project, working collectively with a talented team of visionaries to produce concept imagery, massing and zoning, presentation drawings, 3D modelling, rendering and visuals as well as getting into detail design packages for elements such as but not limited to façade, MEP and / or landscaping as the project develops.
About the candidate
The successful candidates will be part II/architects/equivalent with a portfolio of cutting-edge projects on a global scale, ideally across mixed use master planning with high rise buildings beneficial. A focus on the UAE, South/East Asian regions would also be highly advantageous. Above all this firm are looking for exceptionally creative designers with their own ideas who are confident presenting these both verbally and digitally. Strong modelling and computational skills in Revit, Rhino & and rendering in Enscape is essential, with experience of Grasshopper preferred.
