In this role, you will join a collaborative team working on a major private residence involving the deep refurbishment and retrofit of an existing building in a prime London location. The project is currently progressing towards planning, and you will be responsible for developing drawing packages for submission, while coordinating closely with the client, consultants, and local authorities. As part of a medium sized practice with a strong pipeline of work, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to a range of other projects across different stages.

The approach to every project is underpinned by context and individual client requirements, often involving sensitive interventions within existing and listed buildings.
