AI & Applied Technology Specialist
About the position
This is a that role sits at the intersection of design technology, AI and workflow efficiencies. You’ll support the adoption of AI and new technologies across the practice by testing tools, building practical workflows and streamlining how teams design and deliver projects. Also supporting the visualisation team, you will advise on smarter ways to work through advanced technologies and bridge the gaps in existing processes, whilst training and supporting peers, sharing resources and promoting best practice.
About the candidate
- Degree and/or experience in architecture or the built environment and a strong design eye with a portfolio showing experimentation and innovative solutions
- Experience with AI platforms such as Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, or Claude
- Good understanding of design and 3D tools (e.g. Rhino, Revit, Enscape, D5)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems using AI
- Passion for sharing knowledge with strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain processes to both technical and non-technical audiences
