An opportunity for a Middleweight Designer to join a respected interior design studio, working across hospitality and high-end residential projects. The role offers involvement from concept through to completion, supporting senior team members on international projects.
An experienced Middleweight Designer is sought to join a growing interior design studio, contributing to a range of hospitality and high-end commercial residential projects. The role offers the opportunity to work across all stages of design, from initial concept through to site installation, supporting the Senior and Lead Designers to deliver projects of the highest standard. The position will involve preparing design documentation, assisting with creative development, and ensuring ideas are realised with clarity and purpose.
An immediate start is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ experience within the hospitality, restaurant or luxury residential sectors and be confident working as part of a team to deliver well-considered interiors. Strong FF&E knowledge is essential, with the ability to source, specify and coordinate furniture, finishes and fittings. Experience developing schemes, producing detailed drawings and liaising with suppliers, procurement agents and contractors is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe CS is important, along with excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to managing workload. A thorough understanding of design documentation and attention to detail will be key to success in this role.
