This is an opportunity for an experienced architect to grow their portfolio on a range of varied and interesting projects for university frameworks.
Joining as associate, you will have a key role delivering projects for university framework commissions. These could vary from £100k refurbishments of unpromising buildings to £55mill highly complex new build specialist facilities, and collaborating on nationally significant projects of over £450m. You will be responsible for managing projects from early briefing through to delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and acting as a key point of contact for clients and multi stakeholders. The role will involve both strategic oversight and hands on input, ensuring all teams are working on time, budget and to the highest standard. This is a key role repsonsible for fostering and strengthening repeat client relationships within established frameworks, while contributing to the day to day management and continued growth of the studio.
