This is a unique offering to join a leading name as part of their long term flexible resourcing plan, working on a contract basis as and when they would require, presenting an ideal opportunity for freelance architects looking to bolster their client base and future pipeline. You will help a highly talented team with the production and coordination of information for a range of prominent mixed use, commercial, education and housing schemes at early design, planning and technical delivery stages, depending.
The successful candidates will be high calibre architects with quality portfolios of London projects, ideally across commercial workplace and/or housing. Although ad-hoc and part time, they require strong well rounded skills with plenty of design and technical rigour and knowledge of UK planning laws, regulations and construction methods to support teams across varying tasks and scopes where necessary. The firm are ready to hire immediately to start in January and so require immediate availability for part time/full time for several months at a time, although they are open to a discussion. Revit is essential.
