A Senior Designer working on projects defined by quiet elegance, layered detail and a sense of restraint, creating spaces that feel considered and enduring.
A Senior Interior Designer is sought to lead high-end projects across the UK and internationally, taking ownership of both design direction and technical delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee projects from concept through to completion, guiding junior team members while acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors. This role requires a confident, detail-driven designer with a strong grasp of programme, budget and project scope, and the ability to deliver considered, high-quality outcomes across all RIBA stages.
An experienced and well-rounded designer, confident in leading projects and teams, with a strong balance of creative and technical expertise.
- 5+ years’ experience within interior design and/or architecture
- Degree qualified in Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related field
- Advanced AutoCAD skills, with the ability to produce and oversee detailed drawing packages to RIBA Stage 4+
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential, hospitality or development projects
- Strong design capability, with the confidence to develop and evolve concepts
- Excellent technical knowledge, including architectural and bespoke joinery detailing
- Experience leading projects across all stages, from concept through to completion
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members
- Confident presenting to clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and wider project teams
- Strong site experience, including inspections, problem-solving and responding to RFIs
- Solid understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop essential)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, Revit or other 3D software is advantageous
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E and supplier coordination
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to work within defined project budgets
