Experienced Technical Architect
About the position
This is a career defining opportunity to join an architecture, developer, contractor as they continue to pick up pace and recognition delivering exquisite London developments. Reporting to associate director, you will be responsible for overseeing several unique and super high budget refurbishment projects including an art gallery and restaurant that is completing Stage 3, and a major 10,000sqft private home in a sought after postcode, which will soon start on site and run for the next 18 months. Based in their office but visiting site regularly you will be confident liaising with sub contractors, suppliers and client, reporting on progress, monitoring design quality and compliance and producing construction drawings, technical information and specifications to the highest quality.
About the candidate
- Part III qualified architect
- Experience working on high-end refurbishment projects in London under traditional contracts
- Significant technical delivery experience with a proven track record overseeing multiple projects through on site
- Confident liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Experience producing and coordinating drawn information to result in high quality, bespoke finishes.
