Senior FF&E Designer

This is a senior role responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-end interior design projects, with a particular focus on FF&E within hospitality and hotel environments. Working closely with Associate Designers and Directors, you will lead projects from concept through to handover, ensuring that creative intent is maintained while meeting programme, budget and client expectations.

You will take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, managing internal teams and coordinating closely with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers. The role requires a confident and experienced designer who can guide the creative process, oversee specifications and documentation and ensure smooth project delivery on site. Alongside strong design leadership, you will play a key role in building client relationships, leading meetings, and ensuring that each project is delivered to the highest standard in line with the studio’s design ethos.

• Minimum 9+ years’ experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality, hotels, or F&B environments
• Proven track record delivering luxury hospitality or hotel projects from concept to handover
• Extensive FF&E knowledge, including sourcing, specification, and installation
• Strong project management skills across multiple, complex projects
• Experience leading and mentoring design teams
• Confident client-facing presence with excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and value engineering
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• On-site experience, including overseeing installation and quality control
• Ability to balance creativity with operational and commercial requirements
• Highly organised with strong time management and reporting skills
• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with attention to detail
