Interior Designer
About the position
This position is for an Interior Designer to join an established high-end residential developer and design studio, working across a portfolio of luxury private client and development projects. The role sits between a Middleweight and Senior Designer level, offering increased project ownership and delivery responsibility.
The successful candidate will initially work across private client residences and a development project, supporting schemes from initial brief and concept design through to construction and FF&E installation. Working closely with the wider design and project management teams, the role offers exposure across the full project lifecycle.
This opportunity would suit a designer looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear progression route towards Senior Designer level.
About the candidate
The ideal candidate will bring experience across high-end residential interiors, combining strong design capability with project ownership and delivery experience.
- 5+ years’ experience within high-end residential interiors
- Ability to run projects with increasing autonomy across concept through completion stages
- Strong Vectorworks and/or AutoCAD skills with 3D modelling capability
- Comfortable working across design, technical and FF&E stages
- A refined and considered design approach aligned to the studio aesthetic
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident, organised and proactive approach
- Collaborative, studio-first mindset
- Interest in showroom visits, CPDs and staying informed on industry and design trends
