A strong Middleweight Designer looking to progress into a Senior role, or a Senior seeking greater ownership, to join a workplace design studio working across CAT B projects.
This role will involve leading and delivering workplace projects from concept through to completion, with a strong focus on design quality, technical resolution and client engagement.
The successful candidate will take ownership of projects, managing design development, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and ensuring delivery aligns with both creative intent and commercial requirements.
You will be involved in presentations, design development and detailed drawing production, while maintaining a clear understanding of programme, budget and project constraints. The role requires confidence working across multiple stages of design, with the ability to move seamlessly between concept thinking and technical delivery.
A proactive and hands on approach is essential, with the expectation to take initiative, solve problems and drive projects forward independently.

- Ideally coming from a traditional design or architecture practice
- Confidence taking ownership of projects and leading packages independently
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Experience across all stages of design, from concept through to technical delivery and site coordination

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- A proactive and self sufficient approach, with the confidence to make decisions and drive progress
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively with wider teams and consultants
- A confident and personable individual, bringing energy, humour and a positive attitude to a collaborative and social team environment
