Project/Package Architects
About the position
Reporting to middle management, this is a hands-on role leading a small team of juniors on packages and/or parts of significant listed refurbishments for high profile clients in the City of London. Depending on skillset and experience, you will be liaising with client, external consultants and contractors, producing and coordinating technical information and packages in Revit and ensuring your team is working efficiently, on programme and upholding design intent, for either a hotel or workplace project at RIBA stage 4, both in listed conservation areas.
About the candidate
· Qualified RIBA architect with 0-6 years post qualification experience
· Stand-out academic and career record
· Experience working on high profile UK projects, an emphasis on workplace and listed retrofit are highly advantageous
· Experience coordinating with external consultants and contractors and sub contractors
· Strong design sensibilities coupled with significant post planning and technical delivery experience and be able to lead a small team with the support of an associate
· Demonstrate a thoughtful, creative, and pragmatic approach, confidently overcoming project challenges to deliver practical solutions
· Revit essential
