Business Development and Marketing Coordinator for a design-led architecture studio.
The Business Development and Marketing Coordinator is a newly created role supporting the directors and associate director (operations) in delivering and evolving our clients’ business development and marketing strategy. The position combines creative communication with strong organisational skills, supporting growth through proposal writing, marketing materials, press and awards coordination, CRM management, events, and digital content. As an evolving role, it offers the opportunity to help shape systems, processes, and how the studio presents its work, values, and narrative to clients, collaborators, and the wider public.
The ideal candidate is an organised, proactive, and confident communicator with experience in business development, marketing, or communications, ideally within an architecture, design, or creative environment. They will be a strong writer with excellent attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, preparing proposals and bids, and producing marketing content. Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe and/or Affinity software is required, along with an interest in relationship-building, events, and the built environment, and the ability to balance creative storytelling with operational efficiency.
