Senior Designer / Manager
About the position
This position requires an experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury hospitality, spa or wellness projects. You will lead schemes from concept through to delivery, with a particular focus on interior layouts, spatial planning and shaping the overall user experience. Working across RFP submissions, project management and client relationships, you will play a key role in both winning and delivering work. This position suits someone who is commercially aware, highly organised and confident operating in a fast-paced environment, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once.
About the candidate
- Experienced Interior Designer with a background in luxury hospitality, wellness or spa environments
- Exposure to amenity spaces such as saunas, steam rooms and pools would be highly advantageous
- Strong in interior layouts, spatial planning and user flow
- Creative and conceptually minded, with the ability to shape memorable, experience-led environments
- Confident working across RIBA Stages 1–5, including technical drawing packages
- Experienced in RFP submissions, proposal writing and commercially grounded design responses
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Polished and confident client-facing
- Fast paced, detail-driven and exceptionally organised

This is a fantastic opportunity to move out of a traditional studio and join a design consultancy creating forward-thinking spaces within the luxury wellness and hospitality sector.
- More remote working model, with 1–2 days in their Soho studio
- Two-week August shutdown, with annual leave taken during this period
