about the position

A growing design and build studio is seeking an Associate Designer or emerging Head of Design to lead the delivery of a major global CAT B workplace project (c.22,000 sq ft) for an international beauty brand. You will oversee design from concept through completion, including furniture, while working closely with the UK Managing Director and key stakeholders. This role offers genuine scope to shape the design function locally, with potential for wider group design oversight.

about the candidate

You will be operating at Associate level or already in a Head of Design role within workplace or commercial interiors, ideally with design and build exposure. Highly client-facing and commercially aware, you will be confident presenting and selling design ideas, building strong relationships, and taking ownership of projects end to end. A proactive, fast-paced approach is essential, alongside strong design judgement and the ambition to lead or grow a team.

about the studio

Based in central London with hybrid working (2–3 days in office) and access to premium flexible workspace. Alongside this, the studio offers a competitive salary, private healthcare, pension, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure, and clear long-term progression.

To be considered, please submit your CV and portfolio. Applicants must have valid Right to Work (RTW) in the UK, as those without will not be eligible.
