Senior Interior Designer needed to drive design-led workplace fit-out projects within an award-winning, fast-paced studio.
This Senior Interior Designer role sits within award-winning, design-led fit-out studio known for delivering standout workplace environments. The position requires a confident all-rounder who can lead multiple projects simultaneously across pitch, design development and on-site delivery.
Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will take ownership of schemes from early concept through to completion, typically ranging from £1m to £6.5m, with occasional projects exceeding £10m. This is a hands-on role suited to someone proactive and solutions-driven, a true doer who can keep momentum and “get things done” without heavy oversight. The designer will play a key role in maintaining design quality while balancing commercial and delivery pressures.
This role sits within the studio’s ‘trendsetters’ team, widely recognised for consistently winning industry awards and pushing creative boundaries in the workplace and D&B sector.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience delivering design-led workplace fit-out projects at a senior level, with the confidence to manage multiple fast-paced schemes concurrently.
They will be highly competent across AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. Revit experience is advantageous, as the team may transition to BIM workflows in the future.
Strong client management skills are essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable leading meetings, presenting to stakeholders and driving projects forward both internally and externally.
This role requires someone proactive, organised and delivery-focused, a designer who combines strong creative instincts with commercial awareness and technical confidence. Experience across pitch work, design development and on-site coordination is critical.
