Midweight Interior Designer
About the position
An exciting opportunity for a Midweight Interior Designer with a strong focus on FF&E and procurement, to join a multidisciplinary, design-led practice. You will work across high-end residential projects, leading the FF&E and procurement process from concept through to installation.
Due to an increase in projects, of which a key focus lies within interiors and sepcifically FF&E, this is a new role for the studio. As the sole interior designer, you'll be involved in developing cohesive interior schemes, sourcing and specifying FF&E, and managing procurement, budgets and supplier coordination. You will collaborate closely with wider project teams to ensure design intent is delivered to a high standard.
About the candidate
- 3–6 years’ experience in interior design, with a strong FF&E focus
- High-end residential experience is imperitive
- Demonstrated experience managing procurement, suppliers, and project budgets
- A refined design sensibility with a strong eye for detail, proportion and materiality
- Ability to develop, present, and document design concepts and FF&E specifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously
- Proficiency in industry - standard software such as AutoCAD or ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Excel
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with an interest in working alongside architects and developers

The studio was established 12 years ago and alongside their architecture offering, they have a contractor arm too enabling them to take on their projects and offer a full service across acquisition, design, planning, projects management, sales and assest managemnet.
