Senior Architect/Associate
About the position
In this role you will be reporting to an associate director and managing a small team of juniors on several high-end private home refurbishments concurrently at different stages, maintaining oversight on quality, programme and budget. Understanding and defining briefs, gaining successful often contentious planning and liaising with consultants and contractors on technical information, this is a true client facing and coordination role and you will ensure that deliverables are of a high standard of quality and compliance. You will be on site supervising works and solving issues, managing contractor relationships administering contracts.
