An exciting opportunity for a Junior–Midweight Designer to join a London-based creative studio specialising in bespoke pieces, furniture, and luxury interiors. This role offers the chance to work across both commissioned and self-initiated projects, contributing from early concept development through to production and delivery.
The position involves creating precise 3D models, technical drawings, and visualisations while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of designers, makers, and fabricators. The Designer will also assist with prototyping, refining design concepts, and preparing files for manufacture, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of creativity and craftsmanship.
The successful candidate will have around 3 years of experience in a furniture or product design and be confident working from concept through to production. They should combine strong creative thinking with solid technical capability, including the ability to prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations. Proficiency with Rhino, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Suite is required, alongside good freehand sketching skills and a thorough understanding of how designs are fabricated.
The candidate will be someone who is organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy studio environment. Knowledge of CNC machinery, laser cutting, or 3D printing would be a plus, as would additional creative skills such as painting, model-making, or graphic design.
