Interior Designer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-weight designer to take ownership of key elements within high-end residential projects, both in the UK and internationally. Working closely with senior team members, you will support the overall design direction while contributing across all stages of a project. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual, confident in developing design ideas, producing documentation, and maintaining a professional approach when working with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

We are looking for a well-rounded and collaborative designer with a strong design sensibility and solid technical grounding, ideally gained within high-end residential, hospitality, or development projects.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within interior design and/or architecture
• Degree qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
• Strong AutoCAD skills, with the ability to produce detailed drawing packages to RIBA Stage 3 independently
• Experience working on high-end residential, hospitality or development projects
• Confident contributing to concept design, spatial planning and schematic development
• Good technical understanding, including joinery and architectural detailing
• Experience supporting projects through multiple RIBA stages, including tender documentation
• Comfortable liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and wider project teams
• Familiarity with UK building regulations and industry standards
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop essential)
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, Revit or other 3D software is advantageous
• Strong awareness of materials, finishes, FF&E and supplier coordination
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects
• Commercial awareness, with an understanding of working within project budgets
