Studio/Project Coordinator
About the position
Our client is seeking a highly organised Studio / Project Coordinator to support the Creative Director and design team across the full lifecycle of interior design projects, from concept through to installation. The role combines project coordination, studio management and administrative support, ensuring projects stay on schedule, budgets are tracked and the day-to-day running of the studio is efficient. You will coordinate suppliers, procurement, client meetings, travel, project documentation and help improve internal systems and processes.
About the candidate
- 2–5+ years' experience in an interior design or architecture studio.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience coordinating project programmes, suppliers and contractors.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and FF&E scheduling (desirable).
- Experience tracking budgets, invoices and purchase orders.
- Confident managing diaries, travel arrangements and studio administration.
- Proficient in keeping digital project documentation and filing systems organised.
- Experience using Esti, Adobe InDesign or similar design/project management software is advantageous.
- Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset and able to support studio operations efficiently.
