Project Architect - Housing
About the position
Supported by an associate, you will lead a small team of architects and designers on the planning, development and technical delivery of a significant co-living led project, although this firm value all rounders and there will be opportunity to across the stages of a range of projects. You will be producing and managing presentations, submissions and packages, leading the effective communications with client and authorities and contractors.
About the candidate
· Part III qualified architect
· Stand out academic and career record with experience working at a named design firm
· Multi residential project experience, either co-living, student or BTR at planning and delivery stages
· Strong design sensibilities, technical rigour and excellent communication skills including verbal, written and graphical
· A curious, pragmatic and creative mind who can challenge ideas and themes with confidence
· Eagerness to contribute to the practice on a personal level as well as professional
· Revit is highly advategous
