Senior Architect - French Speaking
About the position
The studio is seeking a Senior Architect to join their team, working across luxury hospitality projects including bars, restaurants, hotels, and members’ clubs. This is a delivery-focused role, taking responsibility for leading projects through the execution stages, from design development to completion on site.
You will be responsible for developing full technical packages, ensuring all drawings and details are resolved to a high standard, and coordinating closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the build process. The role requires strong leadership, overseeing project progress, managing timelines, and supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and successful delivery. Immediate involvement in live projects is expected, so the ability to step in and take ownership quickly is key.
About the candidate
- BA in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- Right to work in the EU, ideally already based in Madrid
- Native or bilingual French (essential), with French nationality preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within hospitality interior architecture
- Proven expertise delivering full execution-stage projects from design development through to completion
- Strong technical ability, with experience producing detailed drawing packages in AutoCAD
- Confident leading projects and coordinating with external teams and stakeholders
- Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to support and guide others
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period (ideally 2 weeks or less)
