Full-time Project Manager role in a global luxury hospitality design studio, coordinating international projects, managing documentation, resources, reporting and client deliverables.
This is a full-time, permanent Project Manager role within our clients London studio, forming part of the project administration team. Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Project Management, the role involves collaborating with internal and external project teams, third-party consultants and stakeholders to support the delivery of luxury international hotel projects. Embedded within global project teams as required, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activity, maintaining programmes and reports, preparing project documentation, managing variations and additional fee proposals, overseeing resource planning through the ERP system, and supporting monthly invoicing in line with contract terms. While working closely with design teams, this is not a design role but a delivery and coordination-focused position ensuring quality and timeliness of contracted services.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in project management and have three to five years of demonstrable project management experience, ideally within a high-end design or architectural environment. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure across multiple strict timelines are essential. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as MS Project or equivalent project management tools. Commercial awareness, confidence in preparing and negotiating variations, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams are key to success.
