About the position
This position is perfect for experienced architects, designers or project managers who are interested in working more closely with private clients on prime residential developments.
The position sits on the client advisory side of projects, guiding high value residential schemes through the early stages before construction begins. You will work closely with architects, designers and specialist consultants while advising clients on design development, programme strategy and procurement approach.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands on project oversight, making it ideal for someone who enjoys shaping projects from the earliest stages while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
About the candidate
- Background in architecture or residential project management
- Experience delivering high value residential projects
- Strong understanding of early design stages and pre construction phases
- Comfortable coordinating architects, consultants and specialist teams
- Confident advising clients and presenting recommendations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and interest in working closely with private clients
